Tip of the Week: Grilling in the backyard during the long summer days is an american past time. But do you remember when dad over cooked the burgers and under cooked the chicken? Cook meat on the grill with two temperature spots. One spot of high heat to sear the meat quickly and lock in the juices and another spot of low heat to slowly cook the meat to perfection. Don't use a fork to turn the meat, you'll let out all the juices. Use a spatula or tongs and turn the meat only twice. Happy grilling!
